Ingredients: Water Decyl Glucose,  Cocamidopropyl Betaine,  Colloidal Oats,  Glycerin,  Xanthan Gum, Shea Butter,  Olive Emulsifier,  Cetyl  Alcohol,  Preservative, Vitamin E. 
Direction: Shake or take stir.  Then pore a little on your towel or loofah. Work into a soft lather,  cleanse & rinse.  This is a unisex body wash.
